This excellent French Côtes du Rhône is made using organic grapes, predominantly Grenache, with a dash of Syrah. The wine is noted for its juicy, dark berry fruit, the tannins are elegant and fleshy, with a wonderful freshness on the finish.

Composed of 90% Tempranillo from 60+-year-old vines in Brinas, Labastia, and Villalba, and 10% Graciano from Montecillo, Rioja Gran Reserve 90 sees four years in American oak barrels made by their in-house coopers. Over four years of bottle aging is given before release. Savory wild herb notes segue into a palate that’s focused, balanced and graceful with the concentration and backbone to age well.
