BlackBerry confirmed Friday it would launch a new Android phone to help bolster its sagging device business, while reporting disappointing results amid signs of weakness in its bid to revive growth from sales of device-management and security software.

Silver Wheaton said it has received notices of reassessment from Revenue Canada for its 2005 to 2010 tax years and said the agency is seeking a total of C$353 million in tax, interest and penalties from the company. Silver Wheaton said it plans to file a notice of objection.

Vecima Networks said it has increased its quarterly dividend 22% to 5.5 Canadian cents a share, citing a strong financial performance and positive outlook. The networking-equipment company said its fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA was a record and that financial results met or exceeded its guidance.

Concordia Healthcare priced an offering of 8 million shares at $65 each, to raise $520 million.

Trican Well Service said it has reached an agreement in principle with its bank lenders for certain debt-relief measures. It also said it expects third-quarter results will be “substantially” better than the first half of 2015.
