Suncor Energy said it will buy another 10% stake in the Fort hills oil-sands project from Total’s Canadian unit for C$310 million. The Calgary, Alberta-based oil and gas company’s stake in the project will climb to 50.8% following the purchase, while Total will own 29.2% and Teck Resources will continue to own the remainder.

BlackBerry shares will be closely eyed this week ahead of fiscal second-quarter results, which are due out early on Friday.

Concordia Healthcare said it plans a public offering of 8 million shares. Pricing hasn’t yet been determined, but the healthcare company said proceeds will be used in part to fund its purchase of Amdipharm Mercury Ltd.
